WHAT TO EXPECT
- All materials used in repair will match the original in thickness, weight and contour.
- A shine will be applied to restore the luster of the leather, except in the case of distressed, fatigued, or antique finishes. In these cases, we will consult with you regarding various options. All suede, nubuck, and fabrics will be cleaned.
- New shoelaces, loose stitching repair, and new insoles (when needed) are included.
- We accept cash, check or charge for all in store repairs.
- Any and all work will not proceed until agreement is made on repairs and cost.
- Typical turnaround time for in store repairs is approximately 5 to 7 work days.
- We offer repair reservations when you can't be without your shoes.
- We will give you a specific day for completion and will give you a courtesy call when requested.
For Online Orders:
- Please complete the order instructions in its entirety including mailing address, daytime telephone number, and e-mail address. Enclose it with your shipment.
- We will contact you when we recieved your shipment. Any and all work will not proceed until agreement is made on needed repairs and cost.
- All orders will be prepaid with credit card, or check.
- All orders shipped back via UPS with a $15 shipping charge.
- Typical turnaround time for repairs is approximately 7 to 10 work days.
